Partners and Friends

Terri Katz and Ricardo started an unconnected business relationship in May of 2007 through Agel Enterprises. It developed into a tremendous friendship, based on similar life purpose - to help orphans and needy children and families around the world.

The first time Terri and Ricardo met, she realized what she needed to do to make this cause and dreams her's. They spoke about Ricardo's mission for the past 18 years and she knew it was about to become her purpose, too. It was then Brio Dream Foundation was born. Ricardo's dream became Terri's dream.

The goal is to help orphans, needy children and families not only in Brazil, but around the world. There are no borders. In March 2009, Terri visited Ricardo in Brazil looking for volunteers to expand the Papai Noel Ricardo program. Also, they visited and developed a plan for the first institution to be assisted: Familia Santa Clara.

The dream is universal. Not limited by borders, race or economic structure. What Ricardo and Terri want to do is to unify people across the world to help children everywhere. "There is no country on this earth that does not have children in need. Every rain drop is connected to the ocean". It is an overwhelming concept, but all it takes to begin is one thought shared by another and then another.
